Together over 100 years of helping children.
Through our merger with Holt International, we will expand child-centered services including family strengthening, care and support to vulnerable children, finding families for children and providing pre-and-post placement support and resources. Our combined footprint grows to cover 17 states and 16 countries worldwide. Together, we are expanding our strategy to address the foster care crisis in Western Washington, through recruiting foster families and assisting with reunification efforts. Child Sponsorship: Transforming Lives Forever
More than 60 years of experience has shown us that children thrive in families. That’s why the ultimate goal of the child sponsorship program is to ensure that every one of the more than 255,000 children in our global programs has a stable, loving home. As a sponsor, you help achieve this goal by helping a child stay in the loving care of their family, or providing nurturing care for a child while they wait to reunite with their family or go home to a family through adoption! Gifts of Hope:
Life-Changing Gifts for Children and Families
The Gifts of Hope catalog offers many ways your donation can give a family at risk of separation the tools and support they need to stay together. You can provide nurturing care for a child in an orphanage or foster home, or you can help a child come home to a family through adoption. Learn more about Gifts of Hope.
A Family for EVERY Child:
Helping Children with Special Needs
Around the world, children with special needs are much more likely to end up alone, abused or facing a lifetime of pain. Maybe they have clubfoot. Maybe they were born with HIV. Maybe they have Down syndrome or cleft lip and palate.
WACAP has always been committed to helping these children find permanency and will continue to do so through the Molly Holt Fund for Children with Special Needs. Learn More.
