Our Work

We Serve

Our work is not done once an adoptive family is identified for a child. There are many steps to be undertaken prior to a child coming home to a family. State requirements, foreign adoption laws, immigration procedures - WACAP staff work tirelessly to assure that all the requirements are fulfilled to enable a child to have an adoptive family.

WACAP staff are trained professionals who serve all families with compassion, care, and commitment. We passionately serve all types of families for all type of children and do all that we can to say YES, we can help.

When costs in adoption are a barrier to a child being adopted, we do all we can to remove that barrier through financial aid. WACAP’s donor-funded Promise Grants make it possible for families to afford to give a waiting child a family.
