Give Time

BUILD YOUR SKILLS, SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE, AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS -- VOLUNTEER!

Volunteers play a vital role in WACAP’s success. By sharing their skills -- from helping with office work,  advocating for children, and supporting events -- volunteers help us stretch our resources so that we can provide more services to families and children.

Hundreds of people have donated their time and talent to help us achieve our mission. Join the effort to bring children home to permanent families and help brighten the future of orphaned and vulnerable children around the world. It is only though the generosity of our supporters and volunteers that we can offer so many different programs. And it continues because of people like you!

We have achieved so much already but there is a great deal still to be done.

WACAP is seeking volunteers who can help out once a week or once a month in our Renton office. Some of our ongoing needs are:

  • Office Support
  • Adoption Program Assistant
  • Data Entry
  • Outreach and Advocacy
  • Auction/Event Support
  • Video Editor

Ages 18 and over are welcome to volunteer. If you are younger than 18, you'll need to have paperwork signed by a parent or guardian when you apply to volunteer. WACAP also offers some opportunities to volunteer remotely. However, we are not currently seeking volunteers to work overseas..
