Give Time

Volunteers play a major role in the success of WACAP. We have attracted over 200 volunteers from the community. Volunteer activities have expanded both service to our clients and enabled us to stretch our budgeted dollars. Each day several hours of service is provided by volunteers.

Hundreds of people have donated their time and talent to help us achieve our mission. Join the effort to bring children home to permanent families and help brighten the future of orphaned and vulnerable children around the world. It is only though the generosity of our supporters and volunteers that we can offer so many different programs. And it continues because of people like you!

We have achieved so much already but there is a great deal still to be done.

WACAP is seeking volunteers who can help out once a week or once a month in our Renton office. Some of our ongoing needs are:

  • Office Support
  • Adoption Program Assistant
  • Data Entry
  • Outreach and Advocacy
  • Auction/Event Support (details)
  • Video Editor

Ages 18 and over are welcome to volunteer. If you are younger than 18, you'll need to have paperwork signed by a parent or guardian when you apply to volunteer. WACAP also offers some opportunities to volunteer remotely. However, we are not currently seeking volunteers to work overseas..
