Finding Homes for Children in Thailand
Since 1982, WACAP has found loving adoptive families for hundreds of children from Thailand, working with both the Thai government and a private government-licensed orphanage. Our team of dedicated staff is ready to assist you as you expand your family through adoption from Thailand.
About the Children
We can help you adopt a child from 15 months to 15 years old. When you adopt from Thailand, you can indicate whether you want to adopt a boy or a girl, but boys are most often available for adoption. Periodically WACAP receives information about children with moderate to more significant individual needs. At the request of the Thai government, agencies can’t post photos of these children, so let us know if you’d like to receive a listing of Thai children currently waiting for a family. You can also adopt younger children considered healthy by the Thai authorities; these children are matched with families who meet Thai guidelines, and WACAP may submit a limited number of applications for these children each year. We welcome you to contact us about getting started with your adoption from Thailand.
