Adoption from Russia
WACAP has been working in Russia since 1993. Since then, we have placed hundreds of children from Russia in adoptive homes throughout the United States. We are registered as an international non-governmental organization (NGO) through the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, as required by Russian law, and are accredited by the Russian Ministry of Education to place children from across the Russian Federation.
We currently have an office in Moscow and have WACAP employees in the U.S. and Russia who will assist you throughout your process.
If you would like more information about the process or fees associated with adoption from Russia, or you have questions about your adoption application, please contact us.
