Adopt from Russia

WACAP was the first agency authorized to place children from the Russian Far East with adoptive parents. We are registered as an international non-governmental organizations (NGO) through the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, as required by Russian law.

We have offices in Moscow and Vladivostok, and 11 WACAP employees in Russia who assist families every step of the way throughout the process.

You may apply to adopt either an infant or a child who has already been referred for adoption and is waiting for parents.
