In 2006, WACAP opened a pioneer adoption program in Kazakhstan. We're currently inviting families to be part of this exciting new program.

You may apply to adopt a child from Kazakhstan. Children there who need families range in age from 18 months to 15 years. Questions? Here’s how adoption works.
