us each year! Plan to arrive after 4 p.m. (or
make alternate plans if arriving early), and be ready to check
out earlier than 11 a.m. if possible, to help out.
The Fine Print
If you need to cancel your accommodation prior to
7/25, please call Laura at 509-667-1896. If canceling after
7/25, contact the Sun Lakes Office. If
you do not notify us of cancellation, then no money will
be refunded.
Rates quoted here are what Sun Lakes charges for accommodations/fees.
A WACAP Family Camp fee will be added
per person to help support the variety of activities Camp
offers. These are listed on the
fee table.
WACAP families receive
first priority for all sites. Each year there has been room in the campground for overflow
of extended family and friends. If all sites are taken, we
do keep a waiting list. Cancellations happen,
and chances are good that your family will get a site if
you are flexible.
WACAP Camp fees are based on family size: this is a
separate fee from the accommodation fee. Families will pay
both fees if staying on site, or only the Camp fee if staying
elsewhere. This will continue to help support the variety
of Camp activities that are planned for everyone. Please read your registration form
carefullyyour Camp reservation depends on it.
All WACAP Family Camp days must be reserved
on a first-come, first-serve basis by online registration
and deposit by mail. Sites are assigned
by family size: no less than 6 in mobiles, 5 in Lakesides
with bedroom, and 4 in Poolsides (feel free to share with
another family). Priority will be given to families registering
for the full Camp: Wednesday through Sunday.
We honor requests with the above guidelines in mind.
Remember, each family must send in its own registration,
even if sharing a cabin. If you're sharing and/or want to
be in a certain vicinity with other families, then
please be sure
that all families involved get their own registration in
right away. This makes granting of special requests more
likely!
